If you want to play the full game freshly/blindly, I really suggest you to not scroll further.

WHAT'S NEW IN VERSION 2.2

  • ADDED: The pitch of the sound of the CARS is now a little bit randomized.
  • ADDED: A few more comments in the code.
  • ADDED: Extra lines in the TUTORIAL explaining more useful stuff that are a bit hidden from the PLAYER.
  • ADDED: "Back to Title" option now shows a different text depending if it's the TUTORIAL or a normal NIGHT.
  • REMOVED: Some unused code.
  • BUG FIX: Finishing the TUTORIAL in the "unusual way" would have made it start again when starting a NIGHT instead of the actual NIGHT.
  • BUG FIX: UPGRADE info screen not pausing the time when showing up.
  • BUG FIX: "Cycle Window Presets" input has been re-worked and it is now way better, fixing the bugs it had.
  • BUG FIX: Window and Linux game executable files have ben split to two to avoid problems with anti-viruses giving a false positive on the game.
  • BUG FIX: Completing a NIGHT more than once resulted in the game putting its number inside the SAVE-FILE's "completed_nights" array more than once.
  • BUG FIX: The purple car now turns the street lights off completely and until the NIGHT is actually finished (the animation also now pauses correctly if the game pauses).
  • BUG FIX: Made the INTRO's yellow texts to pause when the game pauses (unless if they are fading in/out).
  • BUG FIX: When toggling Fancy Lights through the MENU, now the CARS' lights that are currently in the NIGHT are also affected.
  • CHANGE: Updated Godot version: 3.6 Beta 2 (standard) -> 3.6 Beta 3 (mono).
  • CHANGE: Adjusted some dialogue pauses.
  • CHANGE: Minor adjustments to some dialogues.
  • CHANGE: Re-worked a little the old SAVE-FILEs conversion function.
  • CHANGE: Made the "unusual" TUTORIAL ending faster to get.
  • CHANGE: Changed some ACHIEVEMENTS info to give better hints and "funnier" descriptions.
  • CHANGE: Nerfed a bit the cars in NIGHT 4 and NIGHT 5 + reduced the max obtainable required score by 5.
  • CHANGE: Made E sequences to be more common when you have to get the last ACHIEVEMENT.
  • CHANGE: Changed "Vibration" text to "Haptic Feedback" in the MENU's Extra Controls section.
