are the minigames related to the whole normal axel plot or am I just retarded

This game is amazing. Genuinely, so good. I beat the entirety of it, with the exception of the "69" achievement, which I cannot for the life of me figure out how to get, so maybe, if you would be so generous, a tip on how to get it?
